OLSC Calgary is eligible to request tickets for home Premier League matches each season. This process takes place twice a year in late June for the first half of the season and again in late October for the second half of the season. When the deadline dates for requests are solidified, we post these details on our web page and in our newsletter. The process to request tickets is as follows:

Eligibility

You must be a member of OLSC Calgary in good standing to request tickets. Membership is $20 for the season with many benefits found on our Membership page.
You must have purchased an official Liverpool Football Club membership for EACH ticket requested. Your membership must be either Full or Light membership to apply for tickets. You can apply here: http://www.liverpoolfc.com/membership/home. NOTE: An international membership is NOT able to apply for tickets, only Full or Light memberships are eligible.
All official memberships must be Calgary based. We are unable to request tickets for anyone outside of our jurisdiction.
Ticket requests can only be made for home Premier League games. We are unable to process requests for tickets to away games, cup games, friendlies etc.
Tickets are categorized by A, B and C. Category A matches are bigger matches against the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and even Everton. Category 'A' matches are in the highest demand, followed by Category 'B' and Category 'C'. The lower the level of the category, the better our chances are of successfully being allocated tickets.

Ticketing Process

Ticket requests must be made online within the OLSC Calgary members' section. This is to ensure that we have the most complete and up to date list of requests. If the request was not made through our members' section, your application will not be processed.
OLSC Calgary members can make requests for multiple matches in a season, and up to 4 tickets per match.
Each ticket application must have one unique membership ID and card. If you receive an allocation of two tickets to one match you must be able to provide two Official Liverpool Football Club membership cards
Ticket requests are prioritized based on how many years you've been a member, as well as how often you attend matches at our official venue.
Twice a year, we will compile all of the applications and send the request to Liverpool Football Club. LFC then compiles the requests from their network of over 200 branches and lets us know of the status of our application within 1-2 weeks after the deadline has passed.
We will inform all applicants of the status of their request(s) when we receive confirmation from Liverpool FC.
Once you receive confirmation of the success of your request, you must arrange payment with OLSC Calgary. A $100 deposit per ticket is now due.

Allocations

Ticket prices depend on match category and seating location.
Ticket allocations are made by Liverpool Football Club. We do not have the ability to request tickets in specific sections of Anfield. We've had members sit in each of the four stands over the years.
There will be no paper ticket issued. You must take your Official Liverpool Football Club membership card with you to the game - it will be swiped to gain entry which is why everyone needs their own LFC fancard.

Payment

Because of privacy issues and Payment Card Security, we are unable to accept credit cards for payment. We don't want to know your credit card information.
Once the full amount of the tickets is processed, we will refund any overages from the initial deposit. If the deposit was insufficient to cover the cost of the ticket, that amount is now due.
Once payment has been validated, we will inform members of their seating allocation. Typically this is 2-4 weeks prior to the match.
If you have applied for and successfully been assigned a ticket but are no longer able to attend you must notify OLSC Calgary via email ASAP. We will then notify the club and the ticket can be used by someone else. Notification MUST be received at least 5 business days prior to the match.
Anyone who does not pay for a ticket within the timeframe communicated shall lose the access to the ticket AND MAY BE RESTRICTED from requesting future tickets through OLSC Calgary.
